Default Inspection Woes (ebrake) - can anyone help?

I need to get my car inspected and such. I am certain that the problem is because my ebrake is loose - it doesn't have the button that pops out. Is anyone around the Houston area willing to take a look at it to see what it'd take to fix it so I can pass inspection?

If the Ebrake light is on then the sensor "thinks" the ebrake is engaged. Pull the console and you can depress it with your finger and test it.
