Default Cheapest turbo kit

Whats the cheapest turbo kit i can purchase for a 98 ls1, also would it be cheaper to build the kit myself......

cheap and turbo never go well togeather. but id say just buy an STS kit and keep it under 7psi and you should be fine.

GMR has a front-mount kit priced the same as the STS kit...

Does the budget STS come with an intercooler? The GMR does come with a FMIC I know...
