Default bosch spark plugs

So I'm in the middle of installing some headers & figured I'd change the plugs while down there. So I asked my g/f to run down to oriely's and just ask for the best platinum plugs they have. She came back with some bosch platinum spark plugs. She then told me how the employees were telling her how completely horrible they are, & that she shouldn't buy them, and they will break apart in my car I've never heard anything bad bosch plugs before, Am I missing something. My motor is all stock btw.

They're overpriced and foul too easy. Don't know about breaking apart, but you'll get a dead cylinder after if you're lucky a few k miles.

I think I'm missing something. Your girlfriend asked them for the BEST platinum plugs they have, and they gave her the Boschs, then told her they were horrible and would break apart?? I don't get it.

The bosch were the only platinum plugs they had, and my g/f insisted that they sell the plugs to her. She was just sticking to what I asked her to do. They tried to convince her otherwise, but the customer is always right.
