The Z is on a major diet!*Updated*
I finally decided that I will never want to return my ride back to stock, so I started tearing her apart yesterday, next will be pretty much everything unneccesary behind the dash(a/c,heat,stereo,etc.) With all the weight savings and the projects this winter (except nitrous) I hope to be in the 10'sI !

Heat and a/c are out finally, it would have been easier if that damn engine wasn't in the way . That rubber mat was a pain in the a#$ too. I'm starting on the wiring harness now,and the unneccessary brackets inside,I'll keep you updated with some pics soon!!

Here is how it looks now. You definately have to be a hardcore racer to love doing this, and I am loving every minute !!!! I haven't taken that much wiring out just all of the airbag and heating/air! I have seriously considered a Painless set up but I want to keep my stereo and power windows and locks!!

All together I would say i have lost around 200lbs. In addition to everything I have listed I have also removed front bumper support, windshield washer fluid tank, windshield wipers, and motor, tcs and cruise, and there hasn't been a backseat for over 2 years now! I also plan to move the battery to the back, add a Grant steering wheel, a spool, gundrilled axles and everything else in the sig!
