Default Suncoastcreations airbox vs. any Airlid?

What would you guys suggest would be better. A suncoastcreations airbox with the K & N airfilter or getting an MTI or LPE airlid. Any suggestions?

I had the Suncoast Airbox and it didn't line up correctly with the TB. Because it was so close to the TB it acually restricked the opening to the TB.

I switched it while we were tuning for my cam and gained 5 hp going back to the Whisper Lid.

Good luck,

Al

I got rid of mine for a SLP lid and CAI, I'd say lid performs better and definatly looks better IMO.

unless they don't fit right, all lids are pretty much the same. For the money, the slp lid seems to have the least fitment problems and was tested to be marginally better than most of the others. Even though I'm not a huge fan of slp I bought one.

Blackwing, if you can find one. OEM parts fit better.
