i would assume u can do it the same way as the whistler mod.

1. take headlights and place in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes
2. once out use a butter knife and screwdriver to pry open the housing, careful not to break them, take ur time, if they do not come apart easily, place back in oven for additional 5-10minutes
3. now that they are apart, tape off what areas u do not want painted. next use some black spray paint to paint the areas u want black
4. once paint is dry, use some clear rtv sealant to place healights back together, dont use too much or itll leak on the inside of lights

BAM UR DONE! let me know if u missed anythng guys

Much easier. The halos arent quite as sturdy as the OEM headlight housings.

opening up the headlight is really easy. I have the black halo inserts out of my lights right now for some mods i want to do. It took 5 minutes in the oven, and they pried right open.

I wouldn't do it. I'd just sell those and get the ones you want.

yes really in the oven, it just loosens up the glue that holds them together

I'd just buy some that are already black. I have tried to take a set apart, but the glue is not the same as on the stock headlights.
