Default buying first f-body, quick advice...

looking at a 2002 z28, dark blue, tan leather interior, A4, most power options. the car has 50k miles, and is in near new condition with eagle F1 tires being the only upgrade i can see. no real wear and tears, rattles, or etc. tires worn evenly, every button and switch works, and basically what anyone would want in a used car. what do you guys think is a good going price? this will be from a dealer in SC. i'm also a terrible negotiator, rofl.. thanks guys

my guess would be between 17-20k from the dealer.

carfax advises no incidents, just minor damage rear impact... i couldn't find anything on the car. come to think of it, the fog lamps are a little loose, like if you push on the face they'll swing in very slightly, can that just be tightened up? and just a few scratches around the nose that look like they can buff out. would 15.6k work? or should i shoot lower?
