Default Help with TB

I'm haveing a problem with my gas peddle it is hard to start to push down like the fin in the TB is hanging at first but once you get it started it is smoth the rest of the way. I thought that the TB might need to be cleaned, so I cleaned the inside of the TB and the fin still does it. I noticed that when the ignition is cut off the peddle is fine to mash but when I cut the ignition on it is back so I was woundering if it might be the sensor and if their might be an adjustment to correct it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Has any one else had this problem? Thanks in advance!

Sounds like it's sticking, might be out of adjustment.

Yes, just adjust the idle screw about a 1/8-1/4 turn and youl be good.
