Default is this normal

is it normal for my i think its the oil pressure gauge to go up when i drive and to go down when i stop. i think its like 40 when i stop but then it goes up from there

Yes, that is completely normal. It should stay at around 40 at idle with the engine at operating tempature, on hot days it may be a little lower, but not much. Higher revs=higher oil pressure.

ok thanks i just wanted to make sure cuz all i drove before my ws6 was a eclipse and i thought maybe there was somthing wrong

My idle oil pressure is at 45, wide open throttle at 65ish. I'd say you are dead on. And as the other guy said, perfectly normal for it to move. Even if you just rev it up you should see it move because pressure will inrease with the increasing RPMS.
