wanting new gears
ok well i want to upgrade my gears from my 2.73s to the 3.73s, i was looking at speed inc. and there motive gears with install kit. is that all i need for the gears install other than someone to install it for me, i also plan on getting the TA girdle cover with it to strenghten up the 10 bolt. and how much would this cost???

Don't waste your money on trying to strengthen the 10-bolt. If it's going to break, it's going to break, and a cover isn't going to stop that.
With that said, you need a 3.73 gearset for a 2-series carrier (I recommend Strange. Motive does not make a 2-series 3.73 gearset. Stay away from Richmond IMO), and an install kit. That's all you need.....then just take it to a reputable shop, and make sure you have a PCM tune for 3.73 gears otherwise your shift points will be screwed up.

yeah but 12 bolt setups are so damn expensive, i know they come with everything and bolt right up but damn thats alot just for a rear end. ive heard of alot of people putting 3.73s in there 10 bolt, plus mine is an automatic so it wouldnt be as stressed as the manuals.
