Default LT4 Knock Module

I have a 1995 LT1 corvette and I was curious about what knock module it came with. Is there anyway to find out what kind of module it is? I had heard that the Vettes come with LT4 knock modules?

Only the 1996 LT4 Vettes came with an LT4 knock module. You don't need one. There is a number on the module that will identify it. I don't have the LT4 number handy, but somebody here probably does.

Good luck, Ed

With the access we now have to the low Octain tables on a LT1 tune there is no need for a LT4 KM

BTW all of you having false knock issues...look to the Low octain tables Once they are kicked in they stay there. For how long? We did not test to find out we just fixed the problem
