Default Differential Housing hitting floorboard *pics*

The last 2 pics show where there is some paint scraped off of the floorboard.

The top of the differential housing is hitting the floorboard. What do you think the problem is?

Moser bolts coming loose (they are loctited and feel tight to me)

Torque arm angle incorrect (there seems to be plenty of clearance)

Something else?? Please help.

Why does your pinion angle look positive? What was it set to on a "drive-on" hoist?

Yes it is positive. How do I adjust it? I have a UMI adjustable torque arm. Do I have to have adjustable control arms or do I use those bolts in the side of the torque arm to adjust it??
