Borlamouth is basically a Borla catback with a resonator added in. Usually a Dynomax Bullet (which is similar to the resonator on the SLP Loudmouth). Get it?

i'm pretty sure borlamouth is actually an slp loudmouth catback with a borla brand bullet style muffler put in it.

hence the use of "borla" and "mouth" from loudmouth. it would be pretty expensive and to me worthless to do that with a borla catback.

I can vouch about the resonator since I own a vette where the resonator comes stock. It keeps the interior levels down during crusin but is loud during WOT. I plan on cutting mine off and installing a x-pipe in its place since I have read and heard from a couple of people that it does rob some HP. How much I guess depends on your application.

Thanks for the compliment!

It will smooth out the tone -- less rasp and it will be a little quieter. It will not decrease HP.
