Default How bad will a stock LS1 intake/throttle body hold a stroked LS1 back?

I plan on getting an LS6/X intake and 90mm T/B really soon. I dynoed my car and it wasent makeing any power after 5800 rpms and didnt dyno near what expected. Is an LS1 intake and t/b that restrictive? About how much rpm and power are they good for?

Partially depends on the cylinder heads you're running. The better the heads, the more critical it is to free up restriction upstream of the heads. If you have a stout stroker with ported heads, you should be above 450 rwhp with an automatic. Look at where you are now and see the hp difference. That's about what your setup is costing you. Generally, you'll gain 40-50 rwhp going from a stock, unported TB/LS1 intake to a FAST 90/90 on a stout motor.
