Default Need Help!!

Car 1993 RX-7 R1
2001 LS1 T56
6 months into the project and still going.....

Ok here goes, I am in the middle of doing a Head and cam swap(TEA 241 stage1 and TSP225cam), while I am there I am changing the Rod bolts(ARP proseries), oil pump(LS6 ported), timing chain(LS2) and crank pulley(asp). Everything is going smooth but one stupid question,
Which way do the Lifters go in? oil hole down to the hole in the block or up where there is no hole? I figure down but I had to ask.
One more, 1 bolt holding the pick up tube to the oil pump? Why are there two holes for 2 bolts in the pump then?
Ok one more, If I use ARP head bolts are they reusable? or are they like stock one time use?

Thanks in advance,

TTT anybody?

The lifter question is the most important..... To clearify the Lifter question
Does the lifter oil hole face the top of the block? or does the lifter Oil hole face twards the piston where there is a hole in the lifter bore?

Lifter position doesnt matter as long as the lobes are paralel to the cam lobes.
Did you allready change the rod bolts??
If not sell the ARPs and get Katech bolts.

I already did the Rod bolts(not worried about the rod going out of round), thanks for the answer on the lifters. Do you know if the ARP head bolts are reusable?
