Default How Can I tell if Cam not Degreed in Right?

Like the title sez, how can I tell if my cam's not degreed in correctly? It's not putting down the numbers on the dyno.

Give us more info.
A4's don't dyno high.
Your drivetrain makes for good ET at the track, but not dyno #'s.

I know A4's don't dyno high, but this seems really low. Converter was unlocked.

What did you dyno before the cam?

You are right, autos dyno low but not that low.

Who installed the cam?

I never dynoed my car before the cam, unfortunately, so I don't have a baseline. Right after the cam was first installed, tho, it dynoed 348rwhp, which seems a lot better, but that was with the converter locked. Don Lee Auto in Socal did the cam install.

I lost my tune so I had to have it retuned. This time Jeff Creech of Carolina Auto Masters dyno-tuned the car. However, he couldn't get the converter to lock up on any of the pulls. Does this mean anything?
