Check out the Tsp x pipe. Their around $400. Click the link for Texas speed in the sponsor list. My friend has a set and they sound awesome. He said easy to install so I went ahead and bought them too.
Oh yeah, you need headers with the TD's.

Dynomax ($419.99)
Edelbrock ($279.99)
Hooker ($289.99)
MAC ($359.95)
Magnaflow ($369.00)
Random Tech ($332.10)
SLP Loudmouth ($321.30)
TSP Rumbler without tips ($200)
Flowmaster is under $400, but please do not go with it. It does not "flow" worth a damn on our cars.
Hope this helps!!!

SEARCH.
I love my true duals but you shouldn't consider that until you are also installing headers. (preferably longtubes)
Hooker is a great cat-back. Flow/power is great, sound is great with or without cats and the price is right. It is a little on the quiet side though.
Again, search and check out www.ls1sounds.com. Bear in mind that video clips do NOT due justice most of the time.

SEARCH!
Expensive and good. How good and whether or not it's worth the money is a matter of OPINION. There are LOTS of opinions and video clips on this board and LS1 sounds. Search and use them.
