Downpipes will have to be removed to access plugs. That's the bitch about this system. It will be capable of supporting over 1200 RWHP while retaining all the stock accessories. AC included. We should have both headers finished by the end of the week.

Most diesels still have 'glow' plugs though to aid in detonation.

Good idea to keep turbos up for ease of installation/removal.

4 exhaust pipes very close to P/S reservoir and belt at passenger side, though. What're you going to do keep em from melting.

**** i have no problem with removing the downpipes to change the plugs if i can retain all my accessories and still be able to push the 1000hp mark. Looks to be a very sweet set-up. And from the looks of it people will die when you pop the hood on a monster set up like that.

You have my attention as well. I want to keep AC as car is a daily driver in the warmer (and hot) months. I will be watching for this kit. There has to be a way to justify some extra cost to my wife.......... ....

I KNOW I wont get an answer to this, but I'll ask anyway. Can you give a general idea as to how you will be routing the DP's and mounting the turbo's to keep A/C (including the condensor)? Also, where do the ABS and fuse boxes go? Radiator in stock location?
