325 50 - 15 MT DR Fitment Questions

325 50 - 15 MT DR Fitment Questions OK, here's the setup: 15 x 10 Prostars w/ 7.5" Back Spacing. Planning on running no spacers and grinding as much as needed on the caliper.
My main question is will the fender need to be rolled? I have no problem removing bump stop, and doing some BFH mods on the inside. I also have a wolf bolt in 6 pt that bolts into the top of the wheel wells. Is there any clearence issues in that area?
