I bought this on ebay.

you can save time; any halfway decent muffler shop can fab up a 3'' cutout with the proper 3 bolt flange for about the same amount (mine was ~30, plus install).

whats the difference between the $25 one and the $50 one? they are both made out of steel

Get the QTP stainless steel cutout. The ones from summit rust quickly.

why do they rust quickly? can you paint them with high temp paint or something?
