us there a fine in illinois for having no cats? besides a ticket. how much?

there is a fine, but only if you get caught, i dont know what it is though

Removing cats are illegal no matter what state you are in, it's chance we take whenever we remove the cats. I don't have cats and with help from HP tuner, I passed the emission test.

Yeah depends though. They check to see if you are throwing and codes where you live? any kind of visual?
