Default will i have to fly cut with this cam?

cam is a patriot 226/585/114 and the heads are ported ls1 heads which were milled .030. block will be a lq9 block. maybe if i use this thread title ill get more info .

the heads and cam were on a stock ls1 bottom end and were fine.

ALWAYS check PTV clearance. We have not any customers have any issues with this can even with milled heads.
