Default caliper kit

i saw a caliper kit for about $15 by dupli color i believe..it comes withthe cleaner + paint that brushes on...is this the one all of you have been using???

That should work fine. Like anything take your time with the prep work (cleaning, sanding, grinding etc) and it will look great in the end. I used the caliper paint from Plastic-Kote.

one more question..did yall remove the caliper completly..(brake pad, brake lines)??
should i clear coat it???

I didn't remove anything. I just masked it off and went to spraying after I had grinded the casting marks off.. The clearcoat will help it stay looking good longer. Also if you add decals it helps keep them in place. You can take the caliper off and the pad outs and just don't remove the brake lines and you wouldn't have to mask as much. If you do that don't let the caliper hang by the brake lines.

Just painted the calipers with the kit i bought and im not very happy withthe results...wish i had my cam so i could post pics....i used the paint that you brush on to the caliper and it just does not have the spray paint look (smooth)..im too lazy to sand that off and do the spray on paint so ill be leaving it as is for now..
