Turbo vendors
Why is it sooooooooooo damn hard to get a set of ball bearing turbos? I've called or e-mailed 3...yes, THREE major vendors without a positive answer as to what they can get, how soon and pricing. Total time wasted = 4 or 5 weeks. I finally got a few parts from the company that ryhmes with "GTE" ...it only took them 4 months !!
P.S. - I'm still working on Jose.

LOL, PTE is behind, but it is due to Garrett. Also ask Phate on this board how long it took for Turbonetics to build a turbo for him. We ordered it for him many months ago......4 is nothing...lol. Also the new turbo we have just released it taking a while also. Heck we are looking at 6-8 weeks minimum. Supply and demand is the key. Turbos are hot tickets right now.....

Its feast or famine sometimes. We have ordered in the past few weeks lots of parts from PTE and everything lately has come in within 1-2 weeks max. So it all depends on what you order. Sometimes the companies are quick. The new units we are building custom in house we were told it would take 6 months to get our cores....and we recieved 13 of them out of the blue...lol. So just be patient.

John, I checked into the ITS and PTE versions. The standard garrett version aren't offered in a 67 config. The ITS's only come in a 66mm wheel and the PTE's come in a 67mm version. Both are DBB. I will have the pricing for both tomm.

Any updates on pricing, information, etc?

Maybe you sent it and I didn't get it?
EDIT:
PTE stated they can't or won't give a specific E.T.A. on 67mm units. To build theirs, they still use the Garrett core. This is my understanding of it.

Well, as impatient as we all get sometimes...I spoke too soon. Yesterday, the Fed-ex man dropped off 2 big boxes! There was a big turbo in each box!
