Are these the same head that are full 845 but have the OEM valve and ZO6 springs? B.C soon here I am going to buy a bare set for 845 and put some lightweight valves and my crane springs and ti retainers in the bare ones. But i guess my question is what valve will fit in the ones for 845 bare? because the 865 says they come with 2.00/1.55 valves, but the 1045 heads have the 2.02/1.57 valves. So will 2.02/1.57 fit in the bare heads for 845?
thx rob

We can do the valve job on the bare heads for either 2.00"/1.55" or 2.02"/1.57" valves.

Due to the volume of sales we have seen on our 243 CNC'd heads, we here at Patriot are happy to announce that we will begin including free GM MLS head gaskets and new OEM bolts on all of the 243 castings we sell. This is an excellent value for all of our customers. We would also like to thank everyone who has ordered from us.

Yes sir, these will work well with the F13. We can mill these to 62cc which will give you approx. 10.8-1 compression.
