zaino ?????
So I got my zaino kit today (which is amazing because I ordered it thursday morning), and I also ordered the grand finale spray too. Does anyone have any tips/tricks before I spend my Sunday making my car look good again? Thanks

Not to steal the thread, but theres like a million Zaino products, which one is just the wax application? I already have product to clean and claybar my car so I don't need to spend money on the entire treatment but that Zaino shine looks wonderful!

Ell Ess Won - Z5 and Z2 Pro are the sealants made for protecting the paint. For white, I'd go with Z2 Pro. I also recommend getting ZFX for proper application.
TtamNedlog - Zaino Z2 Pro is arguably the longest-lasting product on the market. It's easy to use, leaves a great finish, easy to maintain, etc.
*No matter which product anyone chooses, prep work will always be the most important aspect of having a great finish.*

I've got it down to 3.5 now
I only let a month go by before I applied some more, but the rain was still beading up, so what's the max, I haven't a clue, not going to let my car go that long

No biased users, please, does Zaino really look any better on a white car than say Turtle Wax from Wal-mart? I know it's tough to get a rich wet shine out of a white car in the day time.

Hurley711 - it depends on the condition of your finish. It normally takes me 30 minutes to wash, 30 minutes to clay, 15-30 minutes to rinse and dry, and 30 minutes for each coat of Zaino (including drying/curing time). You could have it all done in a few hours if you only applied one coat. One coat will protect from 3-6 months depending on environment and maintenance.
Ell Ess Won - as I mentioned, it's all in the prep work. The more time you spend deep cleaning, polishing swirls, etc., the better your finish will look (no matter what product you use). Zaino has a great appearance on white and will outlast Turtle Wax type products many times over.

I used Turtle Wax for 5 years on my cars, Eagle One Wet for 2 years, and started using Zaino last year. Zaino is AWESOME.

to get a simple comparison put the zaino on one panel and put the turtle wax on another. you will notice that the zaino portion feels like glass (smoother than glass to be brutally honest) , waxes off easier, actually protects the car's paint, and shines better
