auto headlight disable
im sure this has been asked 1000 times, and ive tried searching but found nothing. i have automatic headlights in my 1998 z28, as soon as it gets slightly dark my headlights automaticaly come on. when the car is on i cant turn them off. could anyone tell me how to bypass this? thanks

I always liked seeing my car comedown the auto carwash with the headlights on lol, well, not my car, my dads cars though...

some advice for what it's worth...it would be a lot better to take out the cd player and get to the sensor that way in my opinion...i have pretty big hands and back when i tried this by going under the back platic dash piece i cracked it and it's pretty expensive....just my 2 cents

I just cut the sensor off and spliced the wires together. I've had it like this for over 3 years now and it's not caused any problems. I never added any wires or resistors like a lot of guys say you have to.

took me 15 minutes..put a cotter pin in the 2 holes in the sensor and elec. taped it up..silly to go through stereo..just lift pad on top of dash...E-brake method is a pain in the *** .....light is on inst.panel also that way.
