Melling HV & HP oil pump ?

Melling HV & HP oil pump ? Will the Melling HP & HV oil pump work with a double roller timing chain ,I herd there body was thicker than the LS6 pump .I was going to get one for my new 05-LS2 418cid. I have already ordered the new double roller timing chain from ERA Performance and wanted to get the Melling High Pressure & High Volume oil pump But don't know if the Double chain will fit in there , Can any body help me need to order the pump tomorrow if possible

yes i called them and they said it would not fit with a double roller timing chain because of the thicker oil pump body. it would hit the timing cover with the timing chain shims for the oil pump, espeshaly the LS2's because of the cam sensor placement i went with the LS2 oil pump and shimmed the spring.125" and ported the inlet and outlet and deberd it.

that sucks man, i run a melling pump and thats a nice piece.
of course, i went with a LS2 timing chain to avoid the clearance issues. thats a beefy sumbitch.
