Default does anyone have any experience with the 300 11p polished intake?

would i actually gain hp goin from my 02 intake to the weiand polished intake? would the heat rob me of hp since my intake is composite and the weiand is metal looking? will the 300 11p bolt directly to my 02 without any modifications? if not what is needed to do to get this to work with my car? is ot better than the stock 02 intake? thanks

The Weiand is based on a casting of the LS6 intake.

02 FBods already have the LS6-style intake.

Yes it will bolt right up but it's doubtful you'd gain much of anything...

...unless you are looking for extra strength because of going FI or nitrous, or if you are having it port matched to a set of heads.

Looks great all polished up though. I had one for a while.

Cheers,

This is what it will look like ,You may need aftermarket fuel rails, mine came from SPEED inc. a sponsor>>>>>>>> and fit perfect and the runners are ported & polished and match ported to the heads and the throttle body inlet is match ported to my BBK 80mm there is a lot of meat to cut on if needed
