newbie question hey guys
looking into getting a Trans Am 99 and up and around here its really hard to get one thats a manual. so how hard is it to swap out a auto for a manual???also is there a difference in the ls1 thats in the vette vs the one thats in a trans am?
oh ya and i gotta say this site kicks ***

its gonna cost u more...to switch and auto , to a manual..im not sure how hard the job is ..but my friend did it on his 91 z28 and it took him a couple days...but if i were u id just look till i found the car i want...instead of buyin it and immediatly wanting to change it...besides nothing wrong with an auto car...just as fast as the manuals..and typicaly better for drag racing...if u look there is a bout 6 threads about auto vs manaul...good luck
