Default bad cat(s)

So i took the car to the shop for an oil change and differential fluid change, and to figure out why the check engine light came on. Turns out my cat or cats or bad, i didn't get a chance to talk directly to my mechanic yet. He didnt fix it yet because he knows i like to buy the parts for my car. I did a search but had some trouble, what size is the inlet and outlet for stock catalytic converters? I don't have headers, just blowmaster catback...

*Also, would this be a good choice for my car? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Corve...QQcmdZViewItem

Also found this... aren't the 96-97's dual cat, and isnt this a single cat design? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/9062-...temZ7987622448
