Any tips/guides for cleaning the MAF?

Any tips/guides for cleaning the MAF? I've already purchased this " Precision Electronics Cleaner" from radio shack. It is residue free. If anyone knows of any tips as to how to apply it/how much to apply, and if i should use the brush or not that would be great thanks!

if it helps you out i just cleaned mine all i did was take a can of circut board cleaner and took the mas off then sprayed through it you could actualy see the black coming off the wires
