Is the engine already built? If it is then the gasket selection will be more critical. If not there there are plenty of options, Cometics are supposed to be best BUT can be finicky about surface finish. Mr. Gaskets are the thinnest and cheapest but some have had issues with the package sticking and pulling coating off the gasket. Felpros are THICK and will require you to pay close attention to things in order to get good quench which will be important for 12:1 compression on the street.
On the oilpump don't discount the stocker and if you go with aftermarket the STANDARD volume Melling is good.
