Default installing moser 9" have question

Almost ready to put the 9" under the car but have run into a problem.

there are 2 axle housing seals, that the instructions say nothing about.

We can see the recessed area where they belong, but after putting them in,putting the axles in and tightening the 4 bolts on the end up the axles/rear wont turn.

when the seals werent in and we had everything tightened up everything turned just fine.As far as we can see the seals are in as far as they can go so were kinda walking around in the dark here trying to figure something out.

its sunday,so we can ask moser what we need to do.......Hopefully one of you fellas can help.

thanks

Did you guys throw some lube on the seals prior to installing the alxes? I did and did not have this problem.
