Anyone have 315's around 18" rims?

Anyone have 315's around 18" rims? Just curious if anyone has put a 315 tire on an f-body, wrapped around 18"s... What tire and how do you like it? Rubbing problems? Stock height? Wheel gap?

18/10.5 wheel takes a 295/35/18 tire
So if you were going to have something like a 315/30/18 on a 10.5 it will bulge alittle. Most manufactor's on a 315/30/18 call for a 10.5in wheel to a 11.5. It can be done. But you better make sure you get the right offset wheel, fender roll will be a must, BFH mod will be a must, if lowered adjustable panhard rod will be a must. If lowered these problems will just be worse. Now I did see about a year ago a guy on here had 18/12's with 335/30/18 tires. They were mounted on a custom built wheel. He made them fit. But he was not lowered.
Check out the does it fit stickey up top. It explains proper offset's and issues that will have ot be resolved with 295's. That way you can get view on what issues will be with 315's. Hope this helps.

It does, I'm just lost a little... Fender roll? BFH mod? I definitely wouldn't try to fit a 315 on a small (width) rim.. I'm just having a little trouble figuring out what I would do. I'm planning on getting a set of Y2K rims and I would widen if I had to..
But basically I'm going to go all out when I start modding. I want there to be little wheel gap, and I would need wide tires... I don't want it to look like I have a 4x4 mod done if I went with GS-D3's or 315 Nittos wrapped around a 17" rim. If a 18" rim is trouble, I'll just scratch the idea completely.
Basically my concern is getting a 315 tire to look good (little wheel gap). Know of anyone who has pulled off 315's on a lowered car that I can take a look at?
