Default do i need new lifter for FI!!??

ok i will be doing the 317 head and a differnt cam should i replace the lifters and what kind??

also i heard alot of bad things about comp cams lifter!! falling apart and failing on people!! is this true??

search is your friend!this should be in the internals section, but the answer is no,Itd bepend on the springs you were going to run but if your only running comp 918's you dont NEED them.And Comp R lifters have been known to fail,if your nervous about running them just get a new set of stockers.

what lift do the stock lifters hold up too?

I am running stock style Comp lifters (not R's), and running .630 lift with a hydraulic.

whats the diff between hydraulic and the other kind sorry i havent been schooled to much about hyrdolic and roller

you dont have a solid roller cam so you dont need solid roller lifter,i believe you can use solid lifters on a hydrolic setup but its not needed.Just get either factory or regular Comp lifters,not the R's, like me and PSJ.Nick
