The RT-615 is a great tire for auto-x/open road events where you must run a "200" treadwear tire. They were the fastest tire in the 2005 Grassroots Motorsports tire test by a good bit.
On the other hand, the Nitto RII is a "100" treadwear tire which will provide better grip but wear quite a bit quicker. Another tire that you may want to look into is the new Nitto NT01.
What kind of events are you looking to run? Which class?
