If it looks like a nice street car and makes crazy power, that's what they are looking for.
Last year was awesome, hoping I get selected again this year

I would be the driver. I plan on driving in the Hot Rod top speed shootout, Power tour and Drag week as well. Good chance of another "Reckless" driver taking over the wheel at power tour some of the time.

I wish there were more "real cars" is this than 8 second combos that have more money in their set-ups than all my vehicles combined.
Drag week looks fun, but I'd be bringing a knife to a gunfight with a mid 11 second small block. Probably need high to mid 10 second times to win that class this year.
Good luck to those that make the cut in the pump gas drags!

Definitely some very high dollar pieces at this event Plenty of cars that I'm sure see very limited street time

That's not a street car event. Impressive yes, but way out of my league.
If something breaks, you should be done.
Is this an all motor class or any power adder class?
