That schmuck claims he's never touched synthol and that his arms and shoulders are the way ther are from just training and steroids. All I can say is wow...

I too respect body builders, actually all commited athletes for the time, energy, and dedication to elevate themselves to the next level. But everything in moderation is the key and the guys pictured obviously have lost sight of that.

I was flipping through some of the hd channels the other night and they had the recent Arnold classic on (I think that's what it was). I amazed at how big and chiseled those guys get. No offense to anyone, but it's almost freakish, but I respect them for taking it to that level of commitment to achieve 1-2% body fat as the commentators were saying.
