i heard something about ditching power steering for "manual Rack and Pinion"
my power steering is almost gone anyway

i am trying to decide either to let this guy "rebuild" my power steering or ditch it for this R&P that i cant find

-how much rwhp should i gain from PS > R&P?
-how much $$$ is R&P?
-how well does R&P perform compared to PS?
