Long tube headers would be good. They're definitely a must if you plan on adding more mods down the road. A good intake and exhaust setup is necessary to make your engine run as efficient as possible, and also to get the most benefit from things like heads, a cam, etc.
You would get more "bang for the buck" out of a set of 4.10 gears though, assuming you weren't going to do any other mods. Your 10-bolt should hold up fine as long as the gears are installed well, and you don't do a lot of drag racing or clutch dumps. You could also add a TA differential brace with the gears for a little added protection.
Subframe connectors are also a must for any f-body. Doesn't add any power, but stiffens the chassis and helps a bit in handling, traction, and weight transfer. Also prevents or helps t-top leaks, dash rattles, etc.
You don't need tuning with the mods that you have right now. However, you'd need to re-calibrate the speedometer if you get a new set of gears.
Also, check out the free mods. They can help out a little bit.

4:10's will be the most bang for the buck.
