Patman???? Hey Patman because i heard your a genius at motor oils i need your help. Its time for an oil change on my 04 Z06. What are your two best picks for motor oil (let me know which one of the two you think is better) and what kind of oil filter i should i get. On my 5.0 and 69 Cougar i just run regular Mobil oil and Motorcraft oil filters and change at 2500 miles , but on my Z i want the best for it. I was thinking GC 0W-40 and K&N filter, but i would appreciate your opinion, Thanks.

Sorry for the late response, but my number one choice would be GC 0w30, with a K&N oil filter. If you can't find it, then go with something like Amsoil 5w40, Redline 5w40, Castrol 5w40, Mobil 1 5w40 or Royal Purple Racing 41.
