well one of the main problems of the 8th plug is breaking it loose. this says this tool is not meant for breaking the plugs loose. once a plug is broken loose, you can basically almost use your hands to unscrew it. so i dont know how usefull this tool would be.

snap-on 30 deg ratchet works the best, this looks like a chopped socket that's been bored w/ a bridgeport

Will not help. The $10 flex head wratchet from Advanced auto & several different size extentions is all you need.

I use a normal spark plug socket with a 3/4" socket (3/8 drive) taped on its end, then a 1/4" drive to 3/8" adapter also taped on. Its odd looking indeed, but the 1/4" drive ratcher allows for much more room, and it is strong enough to break the plugs loose.

Based on the guys feedback, it seems it may be a good product. He has sold a few hundreads of them in the past 6 months has not gotten any negative feedback. Someone on here should try it out and let the rest of us know if its a good purchase.
