Multimedia Exchange - Photoshop Program??

Do i have to buy this program or can I download it? If it can be downloaded, then where???? THANKS

You can get PhotoShop basic for like $150 at Best Buy. I use Arcsoft as well and it's good for beginners and only cost $80.00.

You could always download Photoshop via some sort of P2P sharing program ;)
