Nitrous Oxide - Do i need to use a relay? Im still cutting out...

Okay so i have been trying to find my little wiring demon for about a week and half but no luck- i was talking with a local shop and he said that i need to use a relay (i didnt in original wiring... stupid me) b/c the solenoids arent getting constant power and are cutting out b/c of the fluctuation in voltage- so whats yalls take on it- i see alot almost all nitrous kits come w/ relay even my bottle warmer did so a little help would be nice- Thanks
