What kind of power will it put down with 10.5:1 comp. AS stg2 ported heads and a 216/220 114 cam WITH OUT headers?

'You really should get a set of headers if your running a supercharger. Your putting all that nice compressed air in you want to get those exhaust gasses out."
I have some now, but was thinking of going 100% california smog legal.
"You could be losing out on 30 rwhp with the parts you already have installed. You might see 420 to 430 rwhp on a Mustang Chassis Dyno." Bob
Is this because of the heads and compresion or the cam?
