lower air box on ebay (stealth?)

Anyone know anything about these air boxes? I just need a lower air box off of a WS-6 since I'm having a ramair hood put on but then I saw this on ebay. I already have a lid but want to switch to ramair. Do you guys think this is better or worse than a stock WS-6/lid setup?

The stealth lid setup proved to be very poor quality, with little to no gain over a standard lid setup.

I would never pay $300 for a lid and lower air box...someone is selling the combo on ebay. I was just looking for info on the gains but apparently there were none so I'll stick w/ looking for a WS-6 lower box. Thanks WILWAXU
