Procharger vs Vortech vs STS Which one is the best from everyones experience and will give the best preformance and reliabilty??

I went with a D1SC because:
1. I wanted a blower
2. It fits under an SS hood
3. I did not like the idea of drilling the oil pan
4. Room to grow
This is my 1st experience with FI so I really can't compare the Procharger to the other 2. It was a relatively simple bolt-on install, instructions were decent & any extra info you may need is right here on LS1Tech. I just finished the gauge package today & drove it a little, can't wait to get it tuned so I can stand on it.

Id take the STS or D1SC. Both are good reliable pieces from the info ive gathered. Id take the STS out of the 2 however due to, turbo makes a bit more power, seems to have a little less problems and makes that cool whoosing sound. However if your lowered, like me, D1SC kit would be better overall due to ground clearance issues with STS. Id take STS but not on my car, haha. D1SC for me since im lowered but like the STS better.

Cant saying anything about vortech, but I have a D1SC on mine and I absolutely love it. Easy install and has room to grow. Only downside is that you have to buy a 8 rib pulley and pinning kit and pin your crank.
My buddy has an STS and he likes it a lot. Only problem on it is I see people are now swapping the turbo and going to bigger and better turbo. STS kit is cheaper than the procharger (incase you want to save money).
Its different in how both kick in. Turbos at WOT hit full boost at mid rpm range and throw you back into your seat. Superchargers at WOT hit boost quicker but you dont get full boost until redline and just pull and keeping pulling.

Anyway, there are strong arguments for all three. However, if you're gonna drill your pan, you might as well go STS turbo. 
If you want it under the hood, don't rule out one of the more affordable front-mounts (TTi Street Kit?)
For ease of install, all three are pretty similar, though I'm inclined to... maybe... give procharger a slight edge.

In my opinion I believe its all on preference. First you got to decide if you like a s/c or a turbo. Then you if you choose to go with s/c then you got to find out which one fits your profile better. I cant really say cause I dont have either but I seen good numbers from the procharger and vortech and longrange4u is really putting down some good numbers with his STS.

I haven't had anything but good results from my Vortech and very easy to maintain. If you are looking for anything over the 550 rwhp mark and better look at a D1 or STS (Athough not a big fan of the STS) as the Vortech is not big enough to move any more air. Very reliable though.
