LS1TECH Sponsor Feedback - speed inc disappointed (Resolved)

i ordered a a auburn posi unit and the motive 4.10 gear and master install kit package. well when i was going to get the kit install the master install kit was missing the ring gear bolts and a bearing i needed. so i had to travel 60 miles to find 10 ring gear bolts and another 20$ and 13$ for a bearing. just a sad first time customer.

Did you try calling them?...Im sure they will take care of you. Did you look at it all when it was delivered? If you got it this week ...im sure they would of overnighted what was missing.

yea they have good customer service... they'll take care of you.

Give them a try and most kits reuse the ring gear bolts. :)
Not sure about the missing bearing?? i'm guessing pinion

You should have called them first and gave them a chance to make it right before you came online to post about it. Then if they couldn't help you out (which would never happen) I could understand posting about it.

Shoot me an email - I will give you a credit for the parts you had to buy.

They took care of me in a similar manner when I had a problem with my order. They fixed it fast and my install went forward as planned. :hail:
