Default 325 rwhp low?

i had my car dyno tuned after the longtubes and catted y installation. With the tc unlocked i got 325 rwhp. This sounds low to me?? I see guys with 98 model ls1's without the ls6 intake and pretty similar mods pull more hp than me. Also guys with same mods as me getting better numbers than me. What you think guys??

those numbers sound good to me...especially for an auto...get a ported throttle body and a underdrive pulley and you should be about 340...thats really good for a bolt on A4 with a stall

sorry for whoring you're thread, but i was curious as to what an M6 with similar mods would dyno, curious to how much HP is actually lost with an auto.

Thats not bad. I know you did not believe the 40 hp gain claim with long tube headers right?

If you are talking about Creech's dyno, it's a Dynojet. And your numbers are good, bro. You have a stalled auto, that's not gonna get you the same numbers as an M6 car with the same mods, maybe even less mods. Fact is, with some sticky tires, your **** will outrun mine from a dig all day long.

PM me, bro, I'm gonna be in town Wed-Sat.

Don't worry about the dyno numbers. Big stall autos don't dyno right. I dynoed 286 rwhp and ran 12.5s. Just added headers and true duals, haven't put her on the dyno yet, but dropped .2 in the 1/8 and picked up 3 mph.

Your #'s are good man. I went from 343hp to 288hp with my stall but I run low-mid 12's now.
